Ordered two weeks ago. Apparently my order is tooling around the desert on a tortoise. Won't be buying again.

Ordered one time. All was just ok. Was prepared to order about $400 more but read the reviews. No way! I'm done with them.

Ordered 2 items 13 days ago, still not receive them, looks like Fedex took many stops each way. I literally received shipment from half way across the globe faster than this.

I must say I was so very satisfied with my clothing purchases from 32 degrees. I'm place a 2nd order mow in bulk for myself and my husband. I have no idea why anyone would post negative reviews about these products, unless it's a competitor trying to put them out of business because their prices are so amazing and they can't compete. So wrong! Go for it if your looking for a light weight, super soft and comfort feel of day wear, lounge wear, or sleep wear. Can't go wrong! They ate having such a amazing sale today in about to purchase $400 worth for the family and I. Cheers and hope you tray

I received a 32 Degrees pullover as a gift. The first time I wore the shirt the collar, cuffs ad ribbing at the bottom all frayed a lot. I wore the shirt to a casual social gathering for about 4 hours. 32 degrees would not send a refund or a replacement because I wore the shirt and did not have the original receipt. The fraying happened because I wore the shirt. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift. VERY VERY poor quality and the customer service isn't much better.

Purchased this item for around $15 at Costco a couple years ago and liked the item. Lately, I decided to order 2 more directly from 32 Degrees. Price was now $25 apiece which was tolerable since I liked the item. Lo and behold when they arrived, the items were significantly lighter weight and nowhere near as warm. Decided to return them and learned, "final sale item... non returnable." There are now multiple points to my dissatisfaction: 1) item is inferior to that previously purchased, 2) price was higher than previous, 3) return wasn't possible, 4) shipping, although free, took 13 days, 5) THERE IS NO PROVISION TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THE 32 DEGREES WEBSITE, this should be a red flag!

Purchased products at Costco. This past season quality has been a big issue. Shirts & pants have started coming unsewed after only 2-3 washings & air drying. They are great at keeping you warm but when they start unraveling, it's a waste of $$ to buy them.
We've sent a comment re this on the 32degress.com website & plan on contacting Costco. We'll see what kind of response 32Degrees gives.

MARCH 1: We just received an email back from the company. All they said was there's no warranty for the product & they dont tske returns. We didn't ask to return it to them (we'll be using Costco's great return policy) & they said nothing about checking into their quality control problems. So were are changing our rating to as low as possible & would give it a negative based on the reply we received (from employee Geri).

The shirts quality it's fine but the only problem I have is the shipping I made couple orders with the free shipping and it took them around nine days to deliver, That was a long time for me so I decide to make two more orders with their expected shipping service and those actually took more than nine days so don't pay for the shipping because you will still receive your order around 9 days. They use FedEx which it's terrible carrier.

I ordered 3/4 length jacket from 32DEGREES. I really like the jacket but from the beginning the zipper was a problem. I asked if I could be sent another jacket and I'd return the original.
They wanted the original order number. I didn't have it but I ordered it online from 32DEGREES website so they should have a copy of it. I sent them a photo of original bag it came in with all the mailing info stickers. They said it was blurry.(see the attached).
Then they wanted a video of the stuck zipper.
I felt that they thought I was lying about the zipper problem. I'm angry about this.

I got 8 pairs of men's athletic underwear for $32 and they are awesome. To be determined how they hold up, but this quality is on par with a $25 pair of Nike undergarments. Back to running!

Best buy of 2020. Very happy with the basic shirts. Soft material not bulky for under layer. Good prices. Good materials. I like my vest too not bulky either as a lady I dont want to add extra weight but I still want to keep myself warm.

I placed an order through the website. I get it that it's the holidays and things can get pretty hectic. But this site does not provide feedback whatsoever on the status of my order. Further, I emailed them and a week passed and still there was no reply. This is too unfortunate. I saw them on the list of Oprah's favorite things for 2020 and what a referral it was! I hope Oraph's team reads this. Two thumbs down for 32degrees.com. And I haven't even seen the order yet! Finally, what bothers me is that they have not yet replied to my personal email and yet they have already sent me several marketing emails that sell their products. What a disappointment! Beware of this company.
